1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Altmediia website (the "Site") or any of our digital marketing services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other parties who access or use our Services.

2. Services Offered

Altmediia provides a range of digital marketing and creative services, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Google & Meta Advertising Campaigns
• Web Design & Development
• Video Editing & Reels Production
• Graphic Design (posters, thumbnails, logos)
• Content Scripting & Copywriting
• Social Media App Services (followers, views, subscribers)
• AI Automation & Digital Strategy

Service specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a separate service agreement or project brief agreed upon by both parties.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Payments & Pricing

4.1 Fees

All pricing for services is communicated prior to project commencement. Altmediia reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• Remaining payment is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or delivery delays
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, designs, code, and content produced by Altmediia remain the intellectual property of Altmediia until full payment is received. Upon receipt of complete payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, except where third-party assets or tools are used.

The Altmediia name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Altmediia and may not be used without prior written consent.

You grant Altmediia a non-exclusive right to display completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services or website for any of the following:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Promoting hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Circumventing platform terms of service (e.g., social media platforms)
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Altmediia makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

• Specific rankings, follower counts, or revenue outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
• Compatibility with third-party platforms or tools
• Suitability of services for a specific purpose

Digital marketing results depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competition, and client-side execution. We commit to best-effort delivery based on agreed strategies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altmediia shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Platform penalties, account suspensions, or bans caused by client-side actions
• Third-party service interruptions or failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Work completed up to termination date will be billed proportionally
• Any advance payments for undelivered work may be refunded at Altmediia's discretion
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed by both parties

Altmediia reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms without any refund obligation.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information, strategies, and data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship for a period of 2 years.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sirsa, Haryana, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

12. Amendments

Altmediia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
